You may visit our website without actively providing personal data. However, certain access data is automatically collected when you access our pages. The web server stores information in so-called server log files, such as the name of the requested file, date and time of access, amount of data transferred, confirmation of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, and IP address.
These access data are processed exclusively to ensure the operation and security of the website and to improve our services. This constitutes our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The access data are automatically deleted no later than seven days after the end of your website visit.

Our website is built and hosted using Framer B.V., Rozengracht 207B, 1016 LZ Amsterdam, Netherlands. Framer provides the technical infrastructure for hosting and displaying the website. In this context, personal data (e.g. IP addresses, form submissions) may be transmitted to and processed by Framer.
Framer may use cookies that are technically necessary to provide website functionality and ensure security (“essential cookies”). The use of Framer is based on our legitimate interest in a reliable and efficient provision of our online presence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Where consent is required for the use of non-essential cookies or similar technologies, processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 25(1) TTDSG). You may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future.
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Framer, ensuring that Framer processes personal data only in accordance with our instructions and in compliance with the GDPR.

Fastly processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to protect against malicious attacks and ensure website stability. This processing is based on our legitimate interest in providing a secure and performant website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Fastly is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and we have concluded the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure an adequate level of data protection for transfers to the United States.
Data Processing When Contacting Us
When you contact us (e.g. via the project inquiry form on our website or by email), we process the personal data you provide. This typically includes your name and email address, as well as optional information such as company name, website or social media profile, and project-related details (e.g. animation length, deadline, project description).
Mandatory fields are marked as such; without this information, we cannot process your inquiry. The data you provide are processed solely for the purpose of handling your request and preparing potential contractual cooperation. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures).
Your data will be deleted once your inquiry has been fully processed and no longer requires storage, unless you have consented to further use of your data (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) or statutory retention obligations apply.
Data transmission via our website forms is encrypted using SSL/TLS to protect your information from unauthorized access.

Only when you actively play the video does your browser establish a connection to YouTube servers. By playing the video, you consent to the processing of personal data by YouTube (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). YouTube may receive information such as your IP address and, if you are logged into a Google account, associate the visit with your account.
Data may be transferred to servers in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and uses Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure adequate data protection. Further information can be found in Google’s privacy policy.
